about me

Hi, nice to meet you! I'm Lucyna, but everyone calls me Lucy. I moved from Poland to Edinburgh, Scotland in 2016 and call Scotland my home.

My professional background in Poland comprised of over 16 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting director level officers in multi-national companies. Since arriving in Scotland I worked with British Airways providing outstanding customer service in what was sometimes a challenging but always a time-sensitive environment. Alongside BA I worked - and still do work - with The Polish Centre in Edinburgh. My duties there include co-ordinating the work of all staff in the centre and helping Polish immigrants integrate into the Scottish society. I really enjoy this part of my job as it means I can still speak my native language whilst using my English - which I am very proficient at.

I would say my major qualities are being very conscientious, friendly and easy going, hard working with an emphasis on being quick and efficient to deliver an assignment in a timely manner.

My hobbies are my fascination with following the crypto currency market, keeping healthy by way of a healthy lifestyle and lots of walking and anything to do with arts and crafts.

My favorite part of VA's work is graphic design. I started my design journey many years ago in other areas of my life (decoupage & handmade products) and that led to me doing it professionally albeit in a small way. I can offer excellent solutions for your business as well as offering competitive prices. I work with Affinity Designer and Canva. I have been using the latter intensively since 2017 and working with customers for 4 years.

The hourly rate is £20. I use time-tracking tool and you will receive timesheets detailing the work performed in 5-minute increment.

monthly Package

Packages start from 10 hours per month at £180. If you already have a good idea of how much of my time you might need, this could be the best option for you.


For specific projects e.g. graphic design or interpretation, please get in touch.
